SNS BUILDING SYSTEMS have recently introduced another first; the MEGASLAB. This is a 470mm thick Hollowcore Slab manufactured in widths of 900mm, reducing transport and cranage loads, and thus permitting clear spans of up to 18m It represents a more versatile alternative to double T slabs by providing a continuous flat/soffit ceiling surface as well as the possibility of incorporating the principle of the TermoDeck Building Air-conditioning System for long span building structures.
