As advocates of comprehensive building systems the company adopted this innovative solution, which integrates conventional HVAC systems with the building structure, providing a high quality air-conditioned environment at substantially reduced costs, and adapted it to Middle-Eastern environmental conditions.

TermoDeck technology takes advantage of the free thermal storage capacity, which exists in the concrete hollowcore floors and supporting structure of the building. Low intensity energy inputs intermittently applied over 24 hour cycles maintains the concrete at the correct temperature, giving much lower overall energy requirements for the building, when compared  to conventional HVAC systems using constant high intensity energy inputs during the working hours.
